My name is Owen Paulson and I am 10 years old. The Galapagos trip was truly incredible from seeing massive tortoises standoff, to having majestic stingrays wade by our feet, the trip was constantly incredible. We swam with beautiful turtles and playful sea lions, and I was constantly in awe of what they had to say. Pete and Renee were so funny and helpful, and they took amazing photos. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, seriously it was amazing.

I have had the privilege of traveling with Pete and Renee on four separate adventures, most recently in the Galapagos. They are passionate, knowledgable guides who bring enthusiasm and joy to every trip, along with taking care of all of the details, big and small. If you are looking for fun, excitement and once in a lifetime experiences, these are the guides for you.

We were very excited to travel with our family, including 3 kids aged 7 - 11, plus family friends to Galapagos with Pete and Renee in December. The close proximity to the animals and the knowledge and enthusiasm that Pete and Renee brought to the trip was instrumental in making each interaction fun and educational while deepening our appreciation of the Galapagos. Everything was taken care of on the journey so we could relax and enjoy nature at every turn. We were delighted with once in a lifetime opportunities such as watching a pod of 300 dolphins leap around the sail boat as curious about us as we were about them and snorkeling with sea lions, marine iguanas and turtles. Besides the incredible nature, Pete and Renee are amazing story tellers and kept the group of 6 kids engaged the whole trip. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as knowledgeable, enthusiastic and entertaining guides for the Galapagos!

What a team are Pete and Renee! My journey to the Galapagos with them has been an exceptional and transforming experience! Their attention to detail and tending of the groundwork to travel made the journey a breeze! Their experience within the National Park and choice of vessels and crew and guides provided a seamless experience traveling the many islands we were able to visit. The culinary experience aboard was superb.
Their understanding of the islands and reefs- from the extraordinary Natural History to the challenges and accomplishments of protecting this unique and treasured assemblage of islands provided days of learning and adventures. On land and in the water!
I am so grateful for Pete and Renee’s talent, unwavering commitment to conservation, desire to educate and their ability to facilitate amazing days of adventure and learning all the while having so much fun!!!

If you want to experience the "real" Madagascar - the people, the wildlife, the birdlife, the culture - you absolutely must visit Madagascar with Pete and Reneé. Traveling with them is extra special because they truly know and love the country in all its splendor and are excited to share their knowledge and personal experiences with you. And, if you're a photography enthusiast, like me, the added plus is learning from Pete, a photography pro. I can't tell you how fun it is to compare those hard-to-get shots with him and banter over who got the better shot. On very rare occasions, score one for the enthusiast!

Our local guides were awesome, the accommodations were fabulous, the food was terrific (I'm a vegetarian) and the transport was very comfortable. Every detail was A+! But, what makes visiting Madagascar with Pete and Reneé so special is their love of Madagascar and the joy they get from sharing it with you.
